ac9999 Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility and Registration

To open and use an ac9999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from ac9999 or had an account closed for breach of these terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

ac9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

2 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the ac9999 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where ac9999 identifies duplicate accounts, it may, at its sole discretion:

• Merge balances into the oldest verified account;
• Close all duplicate accounts and retain associated balances pending investigation;
• Void all bonuses, free bets, and promotional winnings generated across duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be reported to ac9999 support promptly. ac9999 will not be held liable for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ac9999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay wallet registered in your name);
• A selfie photograph held next to a government-issued photo ID.

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. ac9999 will process KYC submissions within five business days of receiving all required documents. If documents submitted are determined to be fraudulent or doctored in any way, the account will be permanently closed and the matter referred to law enforcement.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ac9999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless ac9999 support expressly approves an alternative at its discretion. ac9999 targets withdrawal processing within ten minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) but does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by third-party payment provider conditions.

ac9999 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request before release. Withdrawals associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse will be held indefinitely pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ac9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• ac9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting a technical error to inflate bonus balances — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The ac9999 sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ac9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or pricing mistake.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. ac9999 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times depend on the conclusion of the relevant sporting event and the receipt of official results.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are published in the sportsbook help section.

7 Casino and Game Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing wagers;
• Threatening or abusing ac9999 support staff in any communication.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

ac9999's total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments and Termination

ac9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

ac9999 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached any provision of this Agreement, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending KYC or fraud investigation.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ac9999, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ac9999 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten business days.

ac9999 operates a fair and transparent complaints process. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of an informal resolution attempt, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a written statement of your grievance to [email protected], marked clearly as "Formal Dispute". ac9999 will provide a full written response within thirty days of receipt.
